Hinihikayat po namin ang lahat ng eligible PhilHealth members at dependents na magpa-register sa PhilHealth YAKAP at piliin ang Post Proper Southside Health Center bilang inyong YAKAP Clinic. 🏥

📱 Paano mag-register gamit ang eGovPH App?

1️⃣ I-download at buksan ang eGovPH App.
2️⃣ Mag-log in gamit ang inyong account.
3️⃣ Hanapin at piliin ang PhilHealth.
4️⃣ Pumunta sa YAKAP / YAKAP Clinic Selection.
5️⃣ Hanapin at piliin ang Post Proper Southside Health Center.
6️⃣ I-confirm ang inyong pagpili at sundin ang mga instructions sa app.
7️⃣ Pagkatapos ng online selection, maaaring pumunta sa Post Proper Southside Health Center para sa mga kinakailangang susunod na proseso tulad ng First Patient Encounter (FPE), kung applicable.

Persons with disabilities under these additional categories can get immunized on July 3, 2026, Friday at city health centers.

Vaccination Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
