The Incident Management Team (IMT), together with CHO-HEMS, was successfully deployed during the twenty-first day of the 2026 Distribution of School Packages for Taguig Learners conducted at Bagong Tanyag Integrated School, Palar Integrated School, and Silangan Elementary School to ensure the safety, security, and smooth conduct of the activity.

IMT personnel, alongside CHO-HEMS responders, actively monitored the situation across the different school venues, assisted in crowd management and coordination efforts, and remained on standby to provide immediate medical assistance and emergency response whenever necessary. Their continuous presence helped maintain a safe and orderly environment for students, parents, guardians, and school personnel, ensuring that the distribution of school packages proceeded efficiently and without disruption.

The meeting focused on enhancing communication, coordination, and response mechanisms to ensure timely monitoring of flood-prone areas, dissemination of weather advisories, and implementation of appropriate preparedness measures. Through continuous collaboration among concerned agencies and barangay officials, we aim to safeguard communities and ensure a prompt and effective response to any flooding incidents.

The Incident Management Team (IMT) was successfully deployed at the “Rice Up Taguig: Bigay Bigas Para sa Masa” Program held at Tanyag MPB and West Rembo MPB to ensure the safety, security, and smooth flow of the entire activity. IMT personnel conducted continuous monitoring of the area, assisted in crowd management, and remained on standby to provide immediate response and assistance whenever necessary.

In coordination with concerned offices and partner agencies, the deployment aimed to maintain peace and order while ensuring that all attendees were able to participate safely and comfortably during the conduct of the program. The team also monitored the overall situation within the venue to help guarantee an organized and efficient distribution activity for the beneficiaries.

The IMT remains committed in supporting programs of the City Government that promote public welfare and provide assistance to the community.
