The Civil-Military Operations Regiment Recognizes Best-Performing Enlisted Personnel
The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) formally recognized its best-performing enlisted personnel during a commendation activity held at Kaamulan Hall, Headquarters, CMOR, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, on January 26, 2026.
The activity was spearheaded by Lieutenant Colonel Jessie James B. Tuguic, Commander of the CMO Sustainment Battalion, underscoring CMOR’s continuing commitment to professionalism, excellence, and dedicated service among its enlisted ranks.
The ceremony was attended by key enlisted leaders, including Master Sergeant Jefferson Correa, Battalion Sergeant Major, and Senior Master Sergeant Gilbert Mamauag, Regiment Sergeant Major, who both expressed their support and appreciation for the outstanding performance of the awardees.

Private Leofrancis C. Villamor actively performed his duties as Career Adviser NCO, Placement NCO, and Training NCO, providing guidance to personnel, facilitating effective placement processes, and supporting training initiatives that strengthened unit readiness.
Best Performing Enlisted Personnel for the Month of November 2025
Private First Class Carlo Dan-J I. Cano demonstrated exceptional creativity and technical skill as a graphic artist for printing, producing high-quality visual materials that enhanced CMOR’s information and communication efforts.
Best Performing Enlisted Personnel for the Month of December 2025
Corporal Gerald Joe C. Gavina efficiently served as photographer and video editor, documenting CMOR activities and producing compelling visual content that supported public information and civil-military operations.
The awardees were recognized for their exemplary performance, professionalism, and dedication to duty, which significantly contributed to the accomplishment of CMOR’s mission and the effective delivery of civil-military operations.
CMOR remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and recognizing personnel who demonstrate outstanding service in support of peace, development, and nation-building.

The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) took part in the simultaneous flag-raising ceremony in celebration of the 90th Founding Anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), with the theme “Matatag na Sandatahang Lakas, Sandigan ng Bagong Pilipinas,” held at the CMOS Ground, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on December 19.
Marking nine decades of dedicated service to the nation. Colonel. Michael R. Cuenca, CMOR Chief of Staff, delivered the message of AFP Chief of Staff, General Romeo S. Brawner Jr., highlighting the bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of Filipino soldiers in protecting the people and upholding national sovereignty.
The 90th AFP Anniversary honors the organization’s journey of growth and transformation, reaffirming its vision of becoming a world-class armed force and a strong symbol of patriotism, service, and national pride.

CMOSB Spreads Holiday Cheer: Year-End Christmas Celebration
The Civil-Military Operations Regiment’s CMO Sustainment Battalion (CMOSB) celebrated its Christmas party at Kaamulan Hall, CMOR Compound, on December 12, 2025.
The event was held in appreciation of a year filled with hard work and dedication from all personnel. The celebration was made more enjoyable through various games, raffle prizes, gift exchanges, surprise additional days off, and a bundle of joy for everyone, which added to the festive spirit of the occasion.
In his message, Lt. Col. Jessie James B. Tuguic, Battalion Commander, emphasized the importance of safety for personnel who will be on holiday break this Christmas. He also reminded everyone to value the privilege of spending time with their families while continuing to uphold professionalism at all times.
The CMOSB remains committed to boosting morale, recognizing hard work, and strengthening team bonds. Whether through simple or grand initiatives, the battalion ensures that every member feels valued and appreciated within the organization.

CMOR Holds Thanksgiving Mass in Celebration of the Christmas Season
The Civil-Military Operations Regiment held a Thanksgiving Mass in connection with the Christmas Season on 12 December 2025 at Kaamulan, Headquarters CMOR, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
The holy mass was attended by officers headed by the Regiment Commander, Brigadier General Marces T. Gayat, together with enlisted personnel and civilian human resources of CMOR. The activity provided an opportunity for the CMOR community to give thanks for the year’s blessings and to reflect on unity, service, and faith as the Christmas season approaches.
