🧾 PSA Birth Certificate

📋 Requirements para kumuha

Kung ikaw ang nag-aapply:
• Personal details (full name, date/place of birth, parents’ names) — hinihingi sa form. 
• Valid government-issued ID (original at photocopy) — photo ID na may pangalan at pirma. 

💡 Kung kulang o may error ang datos (hal. spelling), kailangan mo ng supporting docs o correction sa Civil Registry bago makuha ang PSA copy. 

💰 Fee: Mas mura sa onsite PSA (hal. ₱155 per copy)

💍 PSA Marriage Certificate

📋 Requirements para kumuha

Kung ikaw o asawa mo ang nag-aapply:
• Personal details ng mag-asawa (full names, exact date at place of marriage). 
• Valid government-issued ID (original at photocopy) — kailangan mo ito para ma-verify ang identity bago ibigay ang certificate. 
• Kung hindi kayo personal na mag-aapply: Authorization Letter/SPA at ID ng authorized person.

📋 Requirements para sa first-time registration

Primary documents (bring original):
• PSA-issued Birth Certificate (original) + isa pang valid government ID
o alternative primary ID tulad ng Philippine Passport, UMID, o Driver’s License. 

Secondary supporting documents (only if you DON’T have primary docs):
• Voter’s ID, Postal ID, PhilHealth ID, TIN ID, Barangay ID, School/Employee ID, etc
