Nagbahagi po tayo ng munting almusal sa mga mag-aaral ng San Miguel Central Elementary School, katuwang ang 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐄𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐠𝐨 𝐍𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐂 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 at 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐰𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐂 𝐄𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 sa isinagawang programa. Layunin po nitong makapagbigay ng simpleng kasiyahan at suporta sa ating mga estudyante bilang paghikayat sa kanilang pag-aaral.

Binigyang-pansin ng 19th Sangguniang Panlungsod sa Regular Session ang mga sumusunod na liham, panukalang ordinansa, at memorandum circular kaugnay sa:

•Liham mula sa Local Finance Committee, hinggil sa mga Barangay Annual, Supplemental, at SK Annual Budgets.

• Panukalang ordinansa ukol sa pagpapatupad ng QR PH Digital Payments Program sa mga pampublikong pamilihan, establisimiyento, at mga lokal na transport operators/grupo sa Lungsod ng Tarlac City.

• DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-032 kaugnay ng Guidelines on the Issuance of Resolutions of No Objection for Renewable Energy Projects sa mga Lungsod at Munisipalidad.

• Application of motorized permit (MTOP)

• Pag-apruba ng Resolution para sa Memorandum of agreement sa Philippine Red Cross kaugnay ng ₱2M financial assistance sa Blood Samaritan Program para sa mga indigent beneficiaries.

• Pag-abrupa ng Resolution para sa Memorandum of agreement sa pagitan ng DSWD at City Government of Tarlac para sa pagpapatupad ng Supplemental at Milk Feeding Programs para sa mga batang kulang sa nutrisyon.
