Tcewac ( Tarlac Citizens Eyewatch Against Crime )

crime deterrent organization that provides vital information to our law enforcers. This is made possible through close coordination to all our law enforcement agencies; Philippine National Police (PNP), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Local Government Units (LGU's), the military group in the province, etc.; and also, by establishing a command communication network using radios, cellular phones, landlines and internet. The organization is composed of volunteers from the different sectors in the community recruited to carry the task of informing the police whenever there is a crime, accident, fire and violation of environmental protection. Tarlac Citizen's Eye Watch Against Crime (TCEWAC) was accredited by the Philippine National Police (PNP), as a partner in maintaining peace and order. They will train our VOLUNTEER MEMBERS on data gathering, message sending and basic surveillance for suspected criminals as provided in a Memorandum of Agreement signed by both parties on June 25, 2011.
