๐ŸŒˆ Happy Pride Month!

May this month be filled with joy, acceptance, and the courage to live authentically. โค๏ธ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ

๐Ÿ“– THE GOSPEL
โ€” John 3:16โ€“18 โœ๏ธ

Jesus said to Nicodemus:

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.
Whoever believes in him will not be condemned."

๐Ÿ’ญ REFLECTION

Have you ever felt like you were broken, far gone, or simply not enough?

Most of us have. And on those days, it's easy to forget how deeply and unconditionally we are loved.

"We love because He first loved us." โ€” 1 John 4:19

*On days when you can't make it to church โ€” play a worship song. Something about God's love. It's surprising how much it can lift your spirit or give you just enough strength to face whatever the day brings. ๐Ÿฉต

Blessed Trinity Sunday po, everyone! โœ๏ธโœจ

Isang mapagpalang araw po para sa ating mahal na Lalawigan ng Tarlac! ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿฉต

๐Ÿ“– THE GOSPEL
โ€” John 20:19โ€“23 โœ๏ธ

On the evening of that first day of the week, when the doors were locked where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst and said to them,
"Peace be with you."

When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you."
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them,

"Receive the Holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained."

๐Ÿ’ญ REFLECTION

Have you ever felt completely lost โ€” not knowing what to do or how things will ever be okay again?

We all go through it. Different situations, different battles โ€” family, friendships, work, personal struggles. But the weight of feeling stuck? That's something we all know.

Sometimes the hardest part is realizing some things are just out of our hands. And that is one of the most unsettling feelings a person can carry.

But here's what I've learned โ€”

Peace has a way of arriving without announcement. Things somehow find their way. Not always how we planned, not always on our timeline โ€” but they fall into place.

They always do. ๐Ÿฉต

"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." โ€” Isaiah 26:3

So wherever you are right now โ€” hold on. Sometimes peace doesn't knock. It just quietly walks in.

Happy Pentecost Sunday po, everyone! ๐Ÿ”ด๐Ÿ•Š๏ธโœจ

โœ๏ธ Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord
๐Ÿ“– Matthew 28:16โ€“20

๐Ÿ“– THE GOSPEL

The eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had ordered them. When they saw him, they worshiped, but they doubted.
Then Jesus approached and said to them:

"All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age."

๐Ÿ’ญ REFLECTION

Whatever you're carrying today โ€” a difficult relationship, a tough decision, a season of uncertainty โ€” you are held. God has not forgotten you.

And the people around you? They need you too, just by simply showing up and being kind.

Huwag tayong magsawa sa pagiging mabuti. Sa ating pamilya. Sa ating mga kaibigan. Sa mga taong nakapaligid sa atin. ๐Ÿฉต

Blessed Ascension Sunday po, everyone! ๐Ÿ™โœจ
