DILG orders barangay captains: Publish masterlist of cash aid beneficiaries MANILA, Philippines — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Saturday directed barangay captains to make public the names of their community's beneficiaries for the

Aming inuulit na ang Social Amelioration Program ay para sa mahihirap na pamilya o impormal na sektor lamang na nawalan ng pagkakakitaan sa panahon ng ECQ. Limitado lamang ang bilang ng mga mabibigyan ng ayuda sa bawat siyudad, munisipyo at barangay, kung kaya't ang labis na naapektuhan sa krisis na ito ang tatargetin ng ating mga Lokal na Pamahalaan.
