The State of the Children’s Address (SOCA), held in celebration of the 33rd National Children’s Month, was successfully conducted today. The SOCA featured a presentation of the LGU’s accomplishment reports, which detailed efforts in promoting children’s rights and ensuring their best welfare and interest.
The day was further highlighted by inspiring talent showcases: The morning session featured impressive performances from the Child Development Center’s preschoolers, while the afternoon saw vibrant participation from students of local DepEd elementary schools.
This event affirms that empowering our children to express their talents is vital to fostering advocates for positive change. We must remain steadfast in supporting their future and committed to the principle that no one is left behind; we will continue our work in promoting their rights and actively protecting them from all forms of abuse.
Thank you, dear parents, teachers, CSWDO staff, barangay officials, and LGU Toledo City for your unwavering support to our children. Indeed, let's protect our children by all means!
