𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙅𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙂𝙐 𝙏𝙪𝙥𝙞 conducted an onsite Inspection to Golden Dressing Plant Corporation located at Sitio Bunawan, Barangay Polonuling, Tupi, South Cotabato.

The inspection aims to validate the structures, facilities, machinery and other improvements within the dressing plant for assessment and official records. The activity also evaluates the company's compliance to environmental laws, waste management practices and the operational aspects related to livestock processing.

Kenneth Sunga and Bryan Emil Ramos of the Business Permit and Licensing Office joined the said inspection.

The Business Permit and Licensing Office, together with the Municipal Treasurer’s Office and other Regulatory Agencies, conducted on-site inspections of various establishments to verify their compliance with business permit requirements.

The activity focused on validating operational records, updating business information, and identifying enterprises that have yet to secure the necessary permits.

Through direct coordination and engagement with business owners, the team gathered vital data to further enhance local revenue generation efforts and strengthen the enforcement of municipal regulations. 📊

The South Cotabato Association of Business Permit and Licensing Officers (SCABPLO) Inc. conducted its 1st Monthly Meeting at Cheq Foods, located in Koronadal City, on February 20, 2026. The meeting was hosted by BPLO Koronadal and led by SCABPLO President Gilbert Gayosa.

During the meeting, SCABPLO members discussed the following:
✅ Updates on the OMS-EODB reports;
✅ Updates on the status of the association;
✅ Passed and approve 4 resolutions;
✅ Shared the best practices during e-BOSS;
✅ Aligned upcoming initiatives, and strengthened coordination among BPLOs across South Cotabato to further enhance service delivery and compliance efficiency.

The association also invited Maam Lynn Damasco and Maam Jermie Yeager of DILG South Cotabato to further discussed the online reports and compliances of BPLOs.

Yes, the association is now officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and all necessary legal documents including business permit are already in place, marking a significant step toward institutionalizing SCABPLO’s programs and future activities.

The Joint Inspection Team of LGU Tupi successfully started the Business Tax Mapping Activity in Barangay Poblacion last February 9, 2026.

The Business Permit and Licensing Office and the Municipal Treasurer's Office led the undertaking together with the other Regulatory Agencies to ensure accurate documentation of all operating establishments within the area.

This initiative aimed to validate business compliance, update records, and identify unregistered enterprises.

Through on-site visits and direct engagement with business owners, the team was able to gather essential data needed to improve local revenue management and strengthen regulatory enforcement.

The Business Permit and Licensing Office and the Municipal Treasurer’s Office together with the Bureau of Fire Protection Tupi conducted a business tax mapping activity including the calibration of weighing scales in Barangay Miasong on February 4, 2026.

The initiative aimed to identify and document operating establishments within the barangay to ensure proper regulation, updated business records, and compliance with local revenue and safety requirements.

Through this activity, the local government seeks to strengthen its monitoring efforts, promote responsible business operations, and enhance public safety by verifying adherence to fire safety standards.

The acceptance of business permit applications and renewals through the Electronic Business One-Stop Shop (E-BOSS) has been extended until 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 23, 2026, in compliance with Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 26-001, Series of 2026.

In observance of the Muslim Legal Holiday, 𝗜𝘀𝗿𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗷 (1447 Hijrah (2026), also known as the Night Journey and Ascension of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), work in all government offices in the Province of South Cotabato, being the Regional Center of Region XII, is hereby 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

This declaration is pursuant to the Memorandum Order issued by the Honorable Provincial Governor, in line with the advisory of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), recognizing the significance of this sacred occasion in the Islamic faith.
