Just a reminder to our tourists

Please dont forget to register at cleancamiguinqr.com for your Clean Camiguin QR ID and Health Declaration form (HDF) but before registering in our HDF pls complete the requirements listed below since you will be uploading this to proceed with the registration.

1.) Negative RT-PCR test (Luzon are 72 hours from the conduct of the test, VisMin area a given 48 hours from the conduct of the test)

2.) Vaccination certificate/ID/Card

3.) Hotel Booking Confirmation or for those who will be staying with their relatives please attach copy of the Coordination Letter

And also please do not forget to register in QR monitoring system required by the national government like SPASS and Trace

Announcement to all Establishments!
You may now download the mobile application at https://shorturl.at/qDFP5
Please do not download this if you are not an establishment.
5 Important things that you need to remember:
1. We need to scan everyone upon entry and exit. Do not miss any individual as this is the key to contact tracing and keeping our province open
2. Whenever a new version is released, please delete the old application, and download/install the new application. A download link will be announced on this page
3. After installing, you will be asked to log-in. Please contact us here on the page if you cannot login
4. Offline scanning may be used, but once your mobile device goes online, the application will prompt you an upload button to send the scanned entries
5. You may checked your scanned entries on the website by logging in. The system will show you the entries for the last 14-days
The province has a dashboard to monitor the scanned entries of each establishment. We will constantly monitor this. Please abide to the ordinances.
Let's work hand in hand, and do our part to help the efforts initiated by our province and municipalities.
