This month is a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical healthโand that every personโs story matters. ๐
In a world that often asks us to be strong all the time, itโs important to remember that itโs okay to pause, to feel, and to ask for help. You donโt have to carry everything on your own.
Take a moment today to check in with yourself.
How are you ๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ต๐ต๐ feeling?
And if you can, reach out to someoneโa friend, a family member, a colleague. A simple message, a kind word, or just being present can mean more than you realize.
Letโs use this month to:
Start honest conversations
Listen without judgment
Show kindness and empathy
Support one another in small but meaningful ways
If youโre struggling, please know this:
You are not alone.
You are valued.
You are worthy of care, understanding, and support.
Healing is not linear, and itโs okay to take things one day at a time. What matters is that you keep goingโand that you know help is always within reach.
Together, letโs break the stigma and build a community where mental health is openly talked about and everyone feels safe to be themselves. ๐

This year, we conducted an important talk with our students on the Safe Spaces Act (Anti-Bastos Law), Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC), and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM).
The discussion highlighted one message:
What we emphasized:
โข Respect in all interactionsโonsite or online
โข Recognizing and reporting harassment
โข Protecting children from online abuse and exploitation
โข Understanding their rights and how the law protects them
โข Building a culture of dignity, responsibility, and empathy
By educating our students, we empower them to stand up for themselves and others, stay safe on digital platforms, and help create a community where abuse and harassment have no place.
Together, we can build a world where every spaceโand every screenโis safe.

Todayโs session opened an honest and meaningful conversation with our teens about reproductive health, real-life choices, and the challenges young people face today.
We talked about the importance of understanding our bodies, making informed decisions, and building healthy relationships rooted in
What we highlighted:
โข Real stories teens can relate to
โข Risks involving early pregnancy, unsafe practices, and misinformation
โข Solutions that empower young people to protect their health and future
โข The value of communication, consent, and support systems
โข Knowing where to seek help, guidance, and accurate information
By giving our youth a safe space to ask, learn, and share, we help them become more confident and responsible in navigating lifeโs real challenges.
