Qualified applicants must log in and secure an online appointment through https://portal.dmw.gov.ph/ (log in details is same with your e-Registration account) and personally present the ORIGINAL documentary requirements listed below and the printed
appointment to your selected DMW processing site (stated in the appointment schedule).

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS (ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY):
● Printed appointment schedule;
● Print-out of e-Registration account;
● TESDA NC II or higher TESDA NC related to the position;
● Valid NBI Clearance;
● Passport – with at least one (1) year validity upon submission of application;
● Related employment certificate/s;
● PEOS Certificate (log on to https://peos.dmw.gov.ph/);
● Diploma/Certification of highest educational attainment;
● Transcript of record (if any); and
● Other requirements or criteria as may be specified by CES/Employer
