Pursuant to Proclamation No. 60 (s. 1992) which declared the last week of September of every year as ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—น๐˜† ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ and Proclamation No. 326 (s. 2012) which declared the fourth Monday of September of every year as "๐™†๐™–๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™‹๐™–๐™ข๐™ž๐™ก๐™ฎ๐™– ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™œ๐™–" Day, work in all national government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or -controlled corporations and state universities and colleges, shall be suspended on 28 September 2026 starting 1:00 in the afternoon (Memorandum Circular No. 136 s. 2026).
