PNP Regional Civil Security Unit 9

The Regional Civil Security Unit 9 (RCSU9), led by PLTCOL GARRY C ALEGRE, Officer-in-Charge, RCSU9, conducted a One-Stop-Shop License to Own and Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF) and Fi****ms Registration Caravan at KCC Mall, Governor Camins Road, Zamboanga City. The said activity will continue until October 10, 2026.. The activity was conducted in collaboration with the PRO 9, RMDU 9, RFSO 9, RFU9, and EXECOMS Gun Club.

The caravan was organized to provide accessible, convenient, and streamlined frontline services to qualified applicants, particularly in processing their LTOPF applications and fi****ms registration requirements. All qualified applicants and fi***rm owners were encouraged to avail themselves of the services offered during the activity and to ensure compliance with existing laws, rules, and regulations governing the lawful ownership and registration of fi****ms.

The activity likewise demonstrated the Unit's commitment to bringing government services closer to the public, promoting responsible fi***rm ownership, and ensuring efficient and responsive service delivery to fi****ms stakeholders in the region.
