SERBISYONG MABILIS : ARREST OF TOP 7 MOST WANTED PERSON E-WARRANT MUNICIPAL LEVEL
Composite team of 1st ZCMFC Intelligence Operatives (Lead Unit) under direct supervision of PLTCOL JOEL A SENOGAT JR, Force Commander 1ST ZCMFC together with ZCPS7, CIU ZCPO and TSC RMFB 9 conducted Intel-Driven Law enforcement operation against wanted person at Zamora Street, Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City and successfully arrest the suspect by virtue of warrant of Arrest for Frustrated Murder

PNP STATEMENT
The Philippine National Police (PNP), through its Health Service, provides the following update on the condition of former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan.
Mr. Bonoan has been under the care of the PNP General Hospital since the evening of June 1, 2026, for medical evaluation and appropriate management.
Based on the latest assessment of the PNP Health Service, he is currently conscious, coherent, and oriented. He has no complaints of headache, dizziness, or any immediate distress at this time. He remains under close observation by the hospital’s medical team and continues to receive appropriate medical attention. Necessary diagnostic procedures are being undertaken to further guide his treatment and ensure comprehensive care.
The PNP likewise confirms that security measures and custodial protocols remain in place throughout his confinement at the hospital.
Further updates will be issued as developments warrant.
