"The Director General of the Balochistan Ombudsman,Syed Munawar shah, visited the Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat's Regional Office in Abbottabad. He was warmly received by Deputy Registrar Muhammad Usman Akram. During the meeting, they discussed various bilateral issues and explored ways to enhance the effectiveness of Ombudsman institutions in Pakistan.

The visit aimed to foster collaboration, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement. The discussions focused on strengthening the Ombudsman's role in promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability.

The meeting was a significant step towards building a stronger partnership between the Ombudsman institutions in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ultimately benefiting the citizens of Pakistan."

"An event was held in connection with the public awareness campaign, supported by the local government, with Deputy Registrar Muhammad Usman Akram as the chief guest, as per the instructions of Provincial Ombudsman Syed Jamaluddin Shah. The ceremony was attended by a large number of participants, including Assistant Director Local Government Junaid Qureshi.

In his address, Deputy Registrar Muhammad Usman Akram stated that the Accountability Secretariat is diligently working to ensure citizens' rights and resolve their complaints. He highlighted the institution's aim to provide maximum facilities to the public, allowing complainants to submit requests through their website at any time. He emphasized that defending people's rights is a top priority.

The deputy registrar also outlined the objectives and performance of the provincial ombudsman, expressing gratitude to the distinguished guests, participants, and organizers. The event was a significant step towards promoting public awareness and accountability."

ایبٹ آباد ( سٹاف رپورٹر) گورنمنٹ کامرس کالج مانسہرہ میں عوامی آگاہی مہم کے سلسلے میں ایک شاندار تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس میں خیبر پختونخوا کے صوبائی محتسب اعلی سید جمال الدین شاہ نے مہمان خصوصی کے طور پر شرکت کی۔ تقریب میں نامور سیاسی و سماجی شخصیات، اساتذہ کرام ، عمائدین اور طلباء کی بڑی تعداد موجود تھی۔ تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے صوبائی محتسب اعلیٰ سید جمال الدین شاہ نے کہا کہ شہریوں کو ان کے جائز حقوق دلانے اور ان کی شکایت کے ازالے کے لیے احتساب سیکرٹریٹ پوری تندہی اور ذمہ داری سے اپنے فرائض سر انجام دے رہا ہے۔ہماری آن لائن سروس کا بھی اجرا ء ہو چکا ہے۔ اب سائلین اپنی درخواستیں آن لائن بھی ہم تک پہنچا سکتے ہیں۔ ہمارے تعلیم یافتہ اور متحرک افسران عوامی خدمت کو عبادت سمجھ کر سرانجام دے رہے ہیں۔انہوں نے بہترین تقریب منعقد کرنے پر کالج انتظامیہ کی تعریف کی۔ اس موقع پر مہمانوں کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے پرنسپل سید تصدیق حسین شاہ نے آئیندہ بھی ہر طرح کے تعاون کی یقین دھانی کرائی اور مہمان خصوصی سید جمال الدین شاہ صاحب کو شیلڈ پیش کی ۔
