Today, a rally on Bunyan-ul-Marsoos was organized from the Cantt Police Station to the Press Club, where all line departments, students from different schools, and members of the community participated enthusiastically to pay tribute to the brave for their courage, sacrifices, and dedication in defending the nation against Indian forces.
The rally was also attended by the ADC and AAC-1, who appreciated the spirit of patriotism, unity, and national solidarity shown by the participants. Students carried banners and raised slogans in support of the armed forces, expressing love for the country and honoring the sacrifices of the martyrs. The event conveyed a strong message of national unity, peace, and unwavering support for Pakistan’s defenders.

Opening Ceremony of Student Week 2.0 at AUST ✨
The Abbottabad University of Science & Technology (AUST), in collaboration with District Youth Office Abbottabad, successfully inaugurated Student Week 2.0 with great enthusiasm and energy. 🎉
The opening ceremony highlighted the importance of youth engagement, creativity, and co-curricular activities in developing leadership and teamwork skills among students. A variety of exciting events and competitions are planned throughout the week, providing students with a platform to showcase their talents.
Students participated actively, reflecting a strong spirit of unity, passion, and positivity. The event set a promising tone for a week full of learning, entertainment, and memorable experiences.

Today, a successful Cleanliness Drive 2.0 was carried out at Shimla Hill, Abbottabad, under the supervision of the District Administration. The initiative was jointly organized by One Nation Pakistan, District Youth Office Abbottabad and TMA Abbottabad, with active participation from volunteers of COMSATS Abbottabad, AUST Abbottabad, Fixit, and other organizations.
Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad also joined the drive, appreciating and encouraging the students for their dedication towards a cleaner and greener environment.
Together, we continue making a difference—one step towards a cleaner and greener Abbottabad! 🌿💚

KPCTA Cultural Mapping – Registration Open

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA) has launched a Cultural Mapping Registration Initiative to develop a verified database of individuals and organizations working in the arts, culture, and heritage across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Who Can Register?
Applications are invited from:
* Individual Artists
* Artists’ Associations & Unions
* Art Councils
* Cultural Centers
* Societies & Trusts
* Welfare Organizations
* NGOs / Non-Profit Organizations

(Only legally registered entities operating in arts, culture, or heritage in KP are eligible.)

Purpose of Registration
* Develop a verified cultural databank of KP
* Facilitate cultural mapping and documentation
* Support cultural policy and future planning
* Strengthen coordination within the cultural sector

Important:
This registration is strictly for cultural mapping and record-keeping. It does not imply financial support, endorsement, partnership, or funding by KPCTA.

Required Documents
Applicants must provide relevant legal registration documents, including:
* Certificate of Registration
* Societies / Trust / Union / Council Registration (if applicable)
* Social Welfare Registration (if applicable)
* NTN Certificate (Mandatory)
* KPRA Certificate (Optional at this stage)
