The inauguration ceremony of the Pak Saf Shafaf Khyber Pakhtunkhwa program was held at District Headquarters Shangla in Alpuri. Distinguished guests, Chairmen and Secretaries of Village Councils, and media personnel participated in the event. Appointment orders were handed over to the janitors, and a loader rickshaw was also handed over. The cleanliness drive commenced at the District Headquarters Alpuri, Village Council Alpuri, Village Council Lilawnai Kalay, and other Village Councils District Shangla.

In light of the Directions of Provincial Government, Director General LG&RDD,Dr.Qasim Ali Khan,the hiring process through balloting/draw of 14 Village Councils Tehsil Besham and 20 Village Councils Tehsil Chakisar at the office of Tehsil Heaquar Alpuri district Shangla under the chairmanship of Assistant Director (Sr) Aman Ullah Khan and Assistant Director Tehsil Chakisar along with staff of LG& RRD Tehsil HQ, Alpuri Shangla. The Tehsil Chairman ,village council Chairmen's with Councilors also participated and they appreciated the initiative taken by the Provincial Government the PAK SAF SHAFAAF KhyberPakhtunkhwa Program . The Assistant Director (Sr) Aman Ullah Khan , Assistant Director Tehsil Chakisar,Tehsildar Alpuri, and his Senior Staff Tehsil headquarter Alpuri Shangla leaded the event.The Assistant Director(Sr) & Assistant Director Chakisar specially paid thanks to Chairmens and councillors, and Media Person's who have provided full support for the purposes.
