اس سال کے بین الاقوامی تھیم کے ساتھ ہم آہنگی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے ایک گھنٹہ زمین کے نام وقف کرتے ہوئے پنجاب کونسل آف دی آرٹس بہاولپور ڈویژن میں رات 8:30 بجے سے رات 9:30 بجے تک غیر ضروری برقی روشنیاں بند رکھی گئیں۔
