The Library Department of Fazaia Bilquis College of Education for Women, PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi, hereby notifies all esteemed guests, faculty, students, and visitors that the *Book Fair* scheduled for Monday at the *Fazaia Library* has been *cancelled* due to security considerations related to the ongoing Islamabad talks.
