1. Prices as per OGRA notified rates.
2. Guage as per standard 1000 ml
3. Requisite documents for the said business
4. Other Codal formalities
On violation of overcharging and less filling three violators booked under KP-CPA (amended) 2017 and served with notices to attend office of Assistant Director CPC for further legal proceeding. Also collected data of petrol pumps having fake Form K for verification purpose and then legal action will be initiated as per law.

Awareness drive against use of plastic bags under Climate Change initiative of District Administration conducted today under kind supervision of Worthy Deputy Commissioner DIKhan and Assistant Commissioner H/qtr DiKhan with collaboration of Department of Food, Environment , PHE, LG &RD WSSC ,TMA and heads of trade unions. In this regard, participants attended walk from Old sabzi Mandi Chowk to Commissionary Bazar, then teams conducted awareness sessions compaign and visited each shop, educated them about hazardous of use of plastic bags and advised them to use cotton bags, also directed them to stop sale and purchase of plastics bags otherwise strict legal will be initiated. Also distributed cotton bags as sample. General public appreciated the move of district Government and ensured full support in this regard.
Further, Assistant Director and Industrial Development Officer attended Hon'ble Consumer Court in connection of four cases two adjourned to next date while two decided in favor of Assistant Director and Hon'ble lol Judge imposed fine of 60000/- on violators.

On the direction of Worthy Director General Industries and Commerce Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Deputy Commissioner DIKhan regarding implementation of Awami Agenda initiative, the Assistant Director Consumer Rights Protection DIKhan and Industrial Development Officer DIKhan inspected various business establishments at different area of city, checked prices of essential commodities, display of pricelist, service render to customers and gauge of POl.
On violation of overcharging, non display of pricelist three violators fined on spot while against three cases will be forwarded to Consumer Court for further legal proceeding. Meanwhile necessary instructions issued to make sure compliance with provisions of KP CPA.

On the direction of Worthy Director General Industries and Commerce Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Deputy Commissioner DIKhan the Assistant Director Consumer Rights Protection DIKhan performed the following activities.
1. Inspected hotel at commissionery Bazar and checked prices of cooked foods, display of pricelist and cleanliness and facilities provided to customers.
2. Inspected Nan shops and bakers in adjacent streets and checked SOPs under provisions of KP CPA.
3. On violation of overcharging, non display of pricelist fined multiple violators and directed them to make sure compliance with notified rates and display of pricelist at their premises.

In compliance with directions of Worthy Director General Industries and Commerce and Director General EPA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding action against illegal stone crushers, the Industrial Development Officer DIKhan alongwith Deputy Director and Assistant Director EPA visited Saiduwali , Kotla Lodhyan and Kotla Saidan Bypass area and sealed Seven numbers of illegal stone crushers and directed to submit application for registration and those not feasible as per Rule are directed to shift their power crushers to feasible location and apply for regularization of their SC.

The Assistant Director Consumer Rights Protection DIKhan inspected various business establishments to make sure availability of essential food items at notified rates and display of pricelist at business premises. On overcharging two violators fined on spot while four served with notices and cases will be submitted to Hon'ble Consumer Court against them.
Moreover, Industrial Development Officer DIKhan alongwith Assistant Director EPA visited multiple crush plants at Kotla Lodhyan area and directed them to complete their remaining formalities required for license otherwise legal proceedings will be initiated.

Sealed all LPG points and cases will be forwarded to Consumer Court for further legal proceeding. Also held meeting with Bricks kiln Association president and informed about Awami agenda Initiative and asked for positive role to convert bricks kiln on Zigzag technology.
