The Directorate of Academics and the Teaching Resource Centre successfully organized a training workshop for Teaching Assistants of the Spring Semester 2026 on Wednesday, 04 February 2026 at Lecture Theatre–1.
The workshop featured the following sessions and resource persons:
• Responsibilities of TAs – Dr. Al Hafizah Shafia Tehseen Gul and Dr. Rao Sabir Sattar Director /Additional Director Academics & Teaching Resource Centre
• Introduction to Outcome-Based Education (OBE) – Ms. Saira Khanum, Lecturer (IAEE&RD)
• Effective Teaching Strategies – Dr. Ghazanfar Ali Khan, Associate Professor (IAEE&RD)
• Ethics at Workplace – Dr. Asim Aqeel, Chairman English & Literature
• Quality Assurance, Plagiarism & Use of Turnitin – Director QEC
• Learning Management System (LMS) – In-charge ITRCDB / Representative
We appreciate the valuable contributions of our distinguished resource persons and the active participation of all TAs. The session was engaging, practical, and focused on strengthening teaching quality across the university.

Faculty members from these Faculty took part, including Secretaries of BOS, Faculty Board members, the OBE Focal Persons.

Dr. Neelam Ch. motivated the students and shared practical guidance on achieving their goals.
