'One small step for us, one giant leap for our mineral oil works and for the people in the company,' says Ernst Prost on the occasion of the cornerstone laying ceremony of the fuel depot on 24 August 2011 which is has been built in the triangle between Saar and Hafenbecken. A total of ten storage tanks of the same capacity offer space for 18,000 cubic metres. This amount is equal to 18 million litres.
