Progress of the Jamrra Seven Housing Units Project under construction for deserving families in District Shikarpur. Alhamdulillah, steady advancement is being made, with 72% of the overall work completed to date.

🏡 Project Highlights:
✅ Construction of 3 housing units has been completed, only final color finishing is pending.
✅ 4 housing units have been raised up to the lintel level. The remaining work is in progress and is expected to be completed by 30th September 2025.
✅ Materials used were verified as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring quality and durability.
✅ Encouragingly, the beneficiaries themselves have shown willingness to contribute by adding traditional mud roofing layers, enhancing heat protection during the hot season.

📊 Overall Progress:

Units 1-3: 90% Completed (Final color work pending; ahead of schedule)

Units 4-7: 60% Completed (Ongoing work, on track with project timeline)

⏳ Target Timeline: 31st October 2025
✨ With the blessings of Allah (SWT), the Jamrra Housing Project is progressing smoothly and will soon provide safe, dignified homes to the deserving families.

Today, we witnessed a milestone moment at Village Jamrra, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for our 7 one-room shelters 🏠 with attached toilet facilities 🚽.

✨ Key Updates:
1️⃣ Layout completed for 4 housing units 📐
2️⃣ Construction started on 2 housing units 🛠️
3️⃣ Materials delivered and ready for use 🚛🧱
4️⃣ Dua-e-Khair 🤲 offered to mark the official start of construction 🌙
5️⃣ Beneficiary interviews 🎤 conducted & video clips 🎥 recorded

This project is a step towards providing safe 🛡️, dignified 🙏, and sustainable housing 🏡 for deserving families in Jamrra, District Shikarpur.

Alhamdulillah 🤲, team of Hyderabad Region visited Village Jamrra, District Shikarpur today to meet with the local community 👥 and vendor 🛠️ for the commencement of 7 one-room shelters 🏠 with attached toilet facilities 🚽.

During the visit:

✅ Sharing the design 🏗️, BOQ 📄, and material specifications with the beneficiaries 🧱
✅ Clarified roles and responsibilities 📋 of beneficiaries and contractor
✅ Conducted a site walk 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ to finalize construction areas
✅ Signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ✍️ with the community
✅ Completed door-to-door beneficiary interviews 📝

In Shaa Allah 🌙, construction work will begin tomorrow 🏗️, with materials 🚛 and labor 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️ mobilized on site. These shelters aim to provide safe 🛡️, dignified 🙏 rooms 🏡 for deserving families of Jamrra.

May Almighty Allah accept this effort 💚 and make it a means of relief 🌸 for those in need.

اللہ تعالیٰ کے فضل و کرم سے 2024 میں پاکستان کے تمام صوبوں اور آزاد کشمیر میں 7415 راشن بیگ، مستحق خاندانوں میں تقسیم کیے گئے۔

اس سال سے الھُدٰی راشن بیگ کی تقسیم کی بجائے، رمضان سپورٹ پروگرام کے تحت، مبلغ دس ہزار روپے (فی کس) براہ راست مستحق افراد کے ایزی پیسہ اکاؤنٹ میں منتقل کرنے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے۔
اس تبدیلی سے ادارے اور مستحقین دونوں کے لیے سہولت اور غیر ضروری اخراجات سے بچاؤ ممکن ہو سکے گا
