A student from Minimarg, a border area in Astore district, has reportedly gone missing in Haripur city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The missing student, Sherullah Khan, son of Muhammad Ashraf Khan, is a student at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML). According to family sources, Sherullah left his hostel on Monday morning at 6 a.m. and has not been seen since.

During the investigation, Haripur police recovered Sherullah’s mobile phone from an Afghan national, who claimed he had purchased it from an unknown individual. However, no concrete leads regarding the student’s whereabouts have emerged.

Concerned relatives have appealed to the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan to intervene in the case. They have urged him to collaborate with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to expedite efforts to locate the missing student.
