The chairman talked to the media persons about the UAE & UK visit, furthermore he paid his warm regards to all media persons & Receptionists.

𝐌/𝐬 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.
M/s Kharak vision 2025, arranged a wonderful discussion session with businessmen amongst the Kashmiri Diaspora residing in Bradford. The Chairman shared the vision of the Prime minister AJ&K in order to make the conducive environment for the investment in AJ&K, furthermore the Chairman told to the business community that the AJK Govt. is considering the Kashmiri Diaspora as a main stakeholder in upcoming investment policy. The Chairman assured them to address all of their concerns regarding the investment in upcoming investment policy. In near future, the AJK BOI would be a vibrant organization enough to tackle the issues of investors with special attention to Kashmiri expatriates. Chaudhary Khalid Mehmood (representative of Kharak vision) acts as a mediator during the session.

Deputy vice-chancellor of University of the Bradford Dr. Zahir Irani hosted dinner in the honor of the Chairman, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Investment (AJK-BOI) Mr Amjad Jalil. During the informal discussion on the dining table, Dr Irani appreciated the efforts of the Chairman AJK-BOI Mr Jalil regarding the exploration of potential investors in UK, Dr Irani further added that the University of Bradford may collaborate further in the formal way with the Govt. of AJK in the field of science and technology and university of Bradford my offer scholarships to the students of AJK. The Chairman AJK-BOI Mr Jalil thanked to the Dr Irani for hosting the dinner and welcomed the offers of future collaboration to explore bilateral points of interest.

Chairman of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Investment Mr Amjad Jalil visited the official chamber of Lord Mayor, Bradford Mr Mertin Love and Leader of the Bradford Council Ms Susan Hinchcliffe.
The Chairman AJK-BOI Mr Jalil shared the purpose of his visit to the UK, furthermore, the Chairman told the Lord Mayor about the investment opportunities in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. We have primarily potential in the sector of Hydropower, Tourism Industry, Mines and Minerals, Industries, Information technology and special Economic Zones, he added. The Lord Mayor put forwarded his warm regards to the Chairman and appreciated the Chairman AJK-BOI for taking this remarkable step around the globe for tapping the potential investors. Mr Nazam Azam Councilor of the Bradford acted as a mediator during the meeting.

• M/s Din Hilal Meat and venture presents the Investment Proposals for AJK.
• The Chairman Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Investment (AJK-BOI) Mr. Amjad Jalil visited the Industrial Estate, Brownhills, UK on 15th March 2023.
• Mr. Jalil was invited by Mr. Tom Spelman Managing Director M/s GM Steel Walsall Ltd to their office, wherein they briefed the Chairman AJK-BOI about their investment proposal for AJK of worth £1.2 Million
• M/s GM steel Walsall Ltd is proposing to install the international standard slaughter House meat cutting and packing units, coupled with the center of excellence and farms. The Chairman AJK-BOI was given a multimedia presentation about the model of the project, its functioning, and figures. The Chairman agreed to their Proposal and assured them to take the matter up on a fast track for the implementation of the proposal.

Dr Shiekh Ramzy Director of Islamic Studies, University of Oxford welcomes the Chairman Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Investment( AJK-BOI) Mr Amjad Jalil. Dr Ramzy led the delegation during the visit across the Oxford University Colleges. Mr Jalil visited the Oxford Museum and Oxford library. Dr Ramzy said that Kashmir's cause is a fundamental concern of Muslims across the world whereas it is indispensable for international Human Rights Institutions to solve this issue as per the demands of the Kashmiri people. Dr Ramzy extended the Invite for the Prime Minister of the Govt of AJK to Visit the University of Oxford to Chair a session of dialogues on the Kashmir issue . Mr Jalil put forward his gratitude for the sympathy of Dr Ramzy about the Kashmir issue furthermore Mr Jalil invites Dr Ramzy to visit Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐉𝐊-𝐁𝐎𝐈 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧

The Chairman AJK-BOI Mr Amjad Jalil called on Lord Qurban Hussain in the House of Lords, London UK. It was an informal meeting with Lord Hussain followed by high tea. Mr Amjad Jalil appreciated the efforts of Lord Hussain for the well-being of the Kashmiri community. He further added that the way Mr Hussain is highlighting the Kashmir issue in the International spectrum shall be remembered by the hearts of Kashmiri people.
Mr Hussain shared his efforts and experiences with Mr Jalil. Mr Hussain introduced the other MPs to Mr Jalil followed by a visit of both Houses (Commons and Lords). The Chairman was honnored to attend the session of House, furthermore The Chairman AJK-BOI invited to Lord Qurban Hussain to Come to the office of AJK-BOI Islamabad.

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐏𝐁𝐁𝐂,𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧

Britain Business Council AJK-BOI would sign MoU for Future coordination.
The Chairman Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Investment (AJK-BOI) Mr Amjad Jalil chaired a meeting with ECO Pakistan Britain Business Council, at Double Tree Hotel, London on March 13, 2023. Several mutual points of interest were discussed in the meeting, Mr Rashid Iqbal CEO of Pakistan Britain Business Council (PBBC) shared the scope of the PBBC and offered his full support to align the investors with AJK-BOI, furthermore he assured his input in the policy framework for the ease of doing business in AJK, however, it was mutually decided to conclude the previous discussion and future exploration of opportunities in form of an MoU draft and after approval from Govt, it would be signed Bilaterally. The Chairman AJK-BOI paid forward his warm regards to the PBBC and appreciated their effort to Bridge the opportunities between the business community of Pakistan and the UK.
