As the pandemic's 2nd layer is increasing we need to be more careful for ourself and our loved ones. CGE is back with it's awareness program on how you can keep your self clean and hence protected.

Think before you waste your food.

As the PSL season 5 is going on. We know how much our nation loves cricket. But aside from that please make sure to keep the stadiums clean and throw the garbage into dustbins. These young boys from Rawalpindi are true inspiration for all of us. Let's help each other to stay clean and healthy.

Kya ap apna kura dustbin me phenkty hain?

We say that Islamabad is one of the most beautiful capital citues in the world. But now that I see Islamabad... there is trash everywhere. In parks, trails, roadsides, footpaths, outside the dustbins, the trash cans are empty and the roads are full of trash. Is this how we treat the gift Allah has given to us?

Meet Maryam Malik
Student of numl mass communication and the founder of a sub branch of CGE. As wasting food is also bad for environment as well as economy. So why not instead of wasting food just donate it to someone who can not afford?

These are only some little efforts we are trying to do. To dpread awareness through our actions because actions speak louder than words.

A fight against food waste is a fight for environment. Food that we eat that makes us energetic and feel good, it takes a long period to make that food, it takes so many years, months and days to create that food and all we do is take excess food and waste it. The food you are wasting might be the prayer of a 5 year old kid who hasn't been able to eat since 2 days. Do you feel it? So let's promise ourselves that from now on we will take only the food that we can eat, we will save the food for people who can't afford to have it. Join in their mission of sharing a plate. Lesser the food waste lesser the environmental loss.
