Member of the National Assembly Pir Fazal Ali Shah Jillani called on Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division Aurangzeb Khan Khichi at his office.
On the occasion, Pir Fazal Ali Shah Jillani adorned the minister with a traditional Sindhi cap and presented him with a gift of Ajrak traditional shawl, symbolising Sindh’s rich cultural heritage and respect.

Mr. Sardar Masood Khan, former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and veteran diplomat, met with Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture, Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, at his office on Friday.
During the meeting, both dignitaries discussed enhancing bilateral cooperation and mutual support in the field of heritage and culture.

Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division, Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, chaired the Board of Governors (BOG) meeting at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Tuesday.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Huzaifa Rehman and Secretary Asad Rahman Gillani also attended the meeting.
The meeting focused on several issues pertaining to PNCA and important decisions were taken

Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Aurangzeb Khan Khichi has emphasized the importance of promoting Pakistan’s culture among overseas Pakistanis, particularly the younger generation living in the United Kingdom, through structured cultural initiatives and exchange programs.
He expressed these views during a meeting with Scottish-based British-Pakistani politician, Chairperson of the Alba Party, and former Member of the UK Parliament, Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh.
The meeting focused on enhancing Pakistan-UK cultural cooperation, strengthening engagement with the Pakistani diaspora, and exploring the use of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, for the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage.

Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division Aurangzeb Khan Khichi on Wednesday reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kashmir cause, stating that the issue remains a serious humanitarian and international concern that must not be forgotten, while praising the passion and commitment of the younger generation towards highlighting the Kashmir narrative.
Addressing a special intellectual and literary event titled “The Kashmir Case: In the Voice of the Young Generation”, organized by the Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) under the National Heritage and Culture Division to mark the upcoming Kashmir Solidarity Day, the minister expressed satisfaction over the enthusiasm shown by youth in raising awareness about Kashmir.
The event was also attended by the Federal Minister and Chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, Former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and former Ambassador Sardar Masood Khan,

Pakistan and UNESCO have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration in heritage preservation, cultural promotion, and technical capacity building during a high-level meeting between Director-General UNESCO Dr. Khaled El-Enany and Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture.
The meeting focused on aligning Pakistan’s cultural policies with international standards and exploring new avenues of cooperation to safeguard the country’s rich cultural legacy.
Director-General UNESCO Dr. Khaled El-Enany lauded Pakistan’s efforts for preserving its cultural heritage and acknowledged the work of the National Heritage and Culture Division in promoting and safeguarding historical assets.
The meeting was attended by Chief of Section PAX UNESCO Headquarters Omar Moneib, UNESCO Country Representative Fuad Pashayev, Minister of State Huzaifa Rahman, Parliamentary Secretary Farah Naz Akbar, Federal Secretary Asad Rehman Gillani along with all heads of cultural institutions working under the Ministry.
