ایس ای سی پی نے 'سرٹیفکیٹ آف اسٹیچوٹری کمپلائنس' کے نفاذ کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا ہے،۔ سرٹیفکیٹ اس بات کی تصدیق کرے گا کہ کمپنی ایس ای سی پی ریکارڈ کے مطابق رجسٹرڈ، فعال اور قانونی تقاضے پورے کرتی ہے¬۔سرٹیفکیٹ ایس ای سی پی کے ریکارڈ کی بنیاد پر اس بات کی تصدیق فراہم کرے گا کہ کمپنی کے خلاف کسی قسم کی کمپلاٗنس یا دیگر شکایات موجود نہیں۔
