PPIR CYCLE
P:preparation
P:presentation
I:implementation/interaction
R:reflection
This whole phase is known as MCF
PREPARATION:The teacher is considered ready when she is able to guage the readiness of her stds for the learning process.
Preparation involves :
1. Finding how the people learn and how to facilitate "DESIRED LEARNING"
2. Selecting or creating information ,materials or technological aids that will help in learning process.
3. Presenting information /material using or not using technology that will ensure an effective teaching.
4. Stimulating,sustaining and managing effect.Intereraction between learners ,learners and information/material, learners and teachers.
5.Assessing learning outcomes.
6. Evaluating and revising.
7.Maintaining records of attempts ,acheivement in these areas.

Initially your goals should be "SMART". That is S= Specific, M=Measurrable, A=Attainable, R=Realistic, T=Timeblock.This is the first step which u have to memorize,be honest towards ur work and always try to praise your work.
