NBEAC will function at national level as accrediting authority to facilitate and enhance the quality of business education in the country.
National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC), was established by Higher Education Commission (HEC) vide notification No. 1-2/BAC/QAA/2007, dated March, 2007. The purpose of NBEAC is to assure quality in Business Administration/Public Administration/Management Sciences/Commerce degree programs according to the proposed accreditation in educational institutions.

📢 This decision follows the recent austerity initiative notification issued by the Prime Minister’s Secretariat and directives from the Chairman’s Office, HEC.
The conference is expected to be rescheduled within the next couple of weeks, subject to formal de-notification and further guidance from the Prime Minister’s Secretariat. Revised dates will be shared promptly once confirmed.

The Training and Development Wing of the National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) successfully conducted a two-day leadership training program, titled “Developing Visionary Business School Leaders,” at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi.
Designed for today’s complex and competitive higher-education landscape, the program aimed to shift academic leadership from routine administration to strategic, visionary, and future-focused leadership. The training brought together Deans, Directors, Associate Deans, Heads of Departments, Program Coordinators, senior faculty, and academic administrators from business schools across Pakistan.
