بدعوة من السيد مرتضى سولانقي، المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، قامت السيدة درصاف معروفي، القائمة بالأعمال بالنيابة بسفارة الجمهورية التونسية باسلام آباد، بزيارة مجاملة بمناسبة توليه لمهامه. وتناول اللقاء أجندة التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين، إضافة إلى التداول في المسائل الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

تحوّلت القائمة بالأعمال بالنيابة بسفارة الجمهورية التونسية بباكستان السيدة درصاف معروفي ، يوم 02 أفريل 2026، الى الى مقر سفارة الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية، لتدوين كلمة في سجلّ التّعازي على إثر وفاة الرئيس الجزائري الأسبق اليامين زروال.

بالتعاون مع معهد إسلام آباد للدراسات الاستراتيجية،نظمت سفارة الجمهورية التونسية باسلام آباد يوماً احتفالياً ودراسيا بمناسبة إحياء الذكرى السبعين لعيد الاستقلال المجيد. وحضر فعاليات الندوة سعادة السفير السيد خالد محمود، الرئيس الشرفي للمعهد المذكور، وثلة من المسؤولين بوزارة الخارجية الباكستانية، والقنصلان الشرفيان للجمهورية التونسية بكل من لاهور وبيشاور، بالإضافة إلى عدد من أبناء الجالية التونسية المقيمين بإسلام آباد، وممثلين عن مختلف غرف التجارة في باكستان، ومدير البرنامج السياحي "Discover Pakistan". وعدد من ممثلين البعثات الدبلوماسية المعتمدة بباكستان.
​وتم خلال الندوة التذكير بعراقة وأصالة الروابط التاريخية بين تونس وباكستان، وعرض أجندة التعاون الثنائي، كما خُصص الجزء الأكبر من الندوة للتعريف والترويج لمادة زيت الزيتون التونسي، عبر إبراز خصائصه الفريدة وجودته العالمية، فضلاً عن عرض وثائقي بعنوان : (Tunisia: the organic land)، تناول ريادة تونس العالمية في قطاع زيت الزيتون.
​In collaboration with the Islamabad Institute of Strategic Studies (ISSI), the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia organized a commemorative event to mark the 70th anniversary of Tunisia's Independence.
The seminar was attended by His Excellency Ambassador Khalid Mahmood, Honorary Chairman of the Institute, alongside senior officials from the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Honorary Consuls of the Republic of Tunisia in Lahore and Peshawar, in addition to members of the Tunisian community in Islamabad.
​Representatives from various Chambers of Commerce across Pakistan and the Director of the "Discover Pakistan" tourism program also participated in the event.
​The seminar highlighted the deep-rooted historical ties between Tunisia and Pakistan and reviewed the bilateral cooperation agenda. A significant portion of the session was dedicated to promoting Tunisian olive oil, showcasing its unique characteristics and world-class quality. The event also featured a documentary titled "Tunisia: The Organic Land," highlighting Tunisia's global leadership in the organic olive oil sector.
