Islamabad ( ) Chief Executive Officer Engineering Development Board, Hamad Ali Mansoor, called on Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker National Assembly.
During the meeting, Mr. Hamad Ali Mansoor gave a detailed briefing on the initiatives undertaken by the Engineering Development Board to promote industrial growth, enhance exports, support research and development, and improve technical skills in accordance with international standards. He also highlighted the progress made in the engineering and automotive sectors, particularly in the promotion of electric vehicles.
On the occasion, Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq appreciated the efforts of the Engineering Development Board and emphasized the need to strengthen local manufacturing, encourage innovation, and create employment opportunities through the engineering sector.The Speaker reaffirmed the commitment to continued mutual cooperation for sustainable economic development. Both sides also agreed on adopting a joint strategy to accelerate industrial growth and promote modern technology in the country.

CEO EDB Graces 31st Pakistan HVACR Expo 2026

The 31st Pakistan HVACR International Expo & Conference 2026 was held from 12–14 February 2026 at the Karachi Expo Centre.

The CEO of the Engineering Development Board attended as Guest of Honour and highlighted the HVACR sector’s strong export potential and the need for enhanced industry–government collaboration.

Organized by the Pakistan HVACR Society, the Expo brought together key stakeholders to promote innovation, sustainability, and industrial growth.
