The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB), in collaboration with CWSA and DES Pakistan, successfully conducted a three-day training program on Project Cycle Management (PCM) aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing professional competencies.
The training covered critical stages of the project cycle planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation while equipping participants with practical skills and globally recognized methodologies. A strong emphasis was placed on results based management and the effective ex*****on of projects in alignment with organizational goals and development priorities.
The Worthy Secretary of the Board, Engr. Munawar Ali Mithani, along with Regional Consultants Muhammad Suleman Dashti and Engr. Taimur Ali, attended the sessions and distributed certificates among the participants, appreciating their active engagement and commitment.
This initiative highlights the Board’s continued dedication to professional development and its ongoing efforts to enhance the impact and efficiency of development programs across Sindh. 🇵🇰

A highly impactful and insightful seminar was successfully organized by the Research & Development Foundation (RDF) in collaboration with the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resources Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB), focusing on advancing green skills and fostering sustainable development across Sindh.The seminar featured an engaging and in depth discussion on empowering youth with the knowledge and competencies required for emerging opportunities in environmentally sustainable sectors. It emphasized the importance of building climate resilience, enhancing workforce readiness, and aligning skill development programs with modern environmental challenges and developmental priorities.This initiative underscores a strong commitment to sustainable growth, capacity building, and creating future ready pathways for the youth of Sindh, reflecting a progressive vision for a greener and more resilient province.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been formally signed between the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research and Development Board and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD) to enhance collaboration in advancing disability empowerment initiatives.
The agreement was signed by Secretary of the Board, Engr. Munawar Ali Mithani, and Mr. Aitbar Ali Buriro. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Honourable Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah along with members of the provincial cabinet, and Consultants underscoring the government’s commitment to inclusive development and support for persons with disabilities.🇵🇰
A meeting with the Assistant Directors of District Monitoring Units (DMUs) was convened today in the Committee Room of the BBSHRRDB Head Office. The session was chaired by the Secretary of the Board, Eng. Munawar Ali Mithani, & attended by the Regional Consultants, Mr. Muhammad Suleman Dashti & Engr. Taimur Ali. The meeting focused on reviewing ongoing activities and strengthening coordination among district monitoring teams. Strategic deliberations were also undertaken to enhance the effectiveness, implementation, and overall impact of the Board’s initiatives in the coming phases.🇵🇰
