On 08-09-2025, CPO Larkana, Gada Hussain Abbasi, attended the District Intelligence Committee Meeting at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Larkana.

Key concerns were raised regarding delayed police response, lack of cooperation, and exclusion of the CPO in juvenile cases—despite being a JJSO member. DSP Mr. Ahmed Bux Rahoojo acknowledged these issues and assured full cooperation in future cases to ensure better protection of children.

On September 4, 2025, the National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) hosted a powerful consultation on child marriage in Karachi, Sindh. 🌍✨

The session was graced by Ms. Shaheena Sher Ali, Minister for Women Development Sindh, as the Keynote Speaker, alongside impactful opening remarks by Ms. Ume Laila Azhar, Chairperson NCSW Islamabad, and Ms. Saleha Ramay from UNFPA.

Panelists—including Mr. Faizullah Korejo (DIG Police), Ms. Ambreen Zahra (Director Operations, SCPA), Ms. Raheela (Local Govt. Dept.), and myself—engaged in a productive dialogue, addressing key challenges and solutions.
