My dear neighbor! The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has made a will concerning the neighbors and their other rights that if they are delivered to you during a construction or are together for it.
Hoping that the work will be finished soon and I will be blessed with a beautiful neighborhood again.
