Transfer Policy for Monitoring Officers and Monitoring Assistants
A comprehensive meeting was chaired by the Worthy Secretary, Mr. Zahid Ali Abbasi, School Education & Literacy Department, at the Committee Room of DG (M&E), focusing on key administrative and operational matters.
Discussion included the progress of disciplinary cases for absconding teachers, updates on the Sindh Job Portal and allied departmental vacancies, verification of degrees and domiciles of newly recruited employees, student awareness and preparedness for emergencies, especially fire safety and effective utilization of school-specific budgets.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ghulam Hassan Bughio, Director General (M&E); Mr. Kishore Kumar, Director HR; Mr. Muhammad Ali Sangi, DS (PDR); Mr. Ghazi Khan Mahar, Data Analyst (M&E); and Directors from various regions, reflecting the Department’s commitment to accountability, transparency, and strengthening school governance across Sindh.

The Director General (Monitoring & Evaluation), Sindh, Mr. Ghulam Hassan Bughyo, paid a surprise visit to GBSS Eck Eck School, Zamzama. He inspected both Primary and Secondary sections, appreciating the student strength, classroom cleanliness, and overall discipline.
He reviewed Students’ Muster Rolls, Diaries, and the School Library, commending the efforts of the School Head Master and staff, and assured full support for the school’s continued progress under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Shahabudin Mallah, DG (PITE), Mr. Noor Muhammad Khoso, Director (DCAR), Mr. Inayatullah Shaikh, Director (TTI), representative from STTB, Mr. Khalid Azad, Mr. Ghazi Khan Mahar, Data Analyst (M&E), Mr. Basheer Ahmed Abbasi, Assistant Director (Admin), Mr. Arshad Hussain Khaskheli, Assistant Director (M&E), Ms. Aroosa Arooj, Chief Monitoring Officer, Karachi Malir, Ms. Naila Khatian, CMO Hyderabad, Mr. M. Wajdan Qureshi, CMO SBA, Mr. Faiz Muhammad, Web Developer and Mr. Khalid Hussain, Superintendent (M&E) to initiate structured discussions on organizational mandates, core functions, governance frameworks, and institutional roles.
A key focus of the meeting was the finalization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the PPP Node, including the identification of its functional and operational areas to be incorporated into the Monitoring & Evaluation framework.

An important coordination meeting was held today under the chairmanship of the Director General, Monitoring & Evaluation, Mr. Ghulam Hassan Bughio, at the Committee Room of the Directorate General of M&E. The meeting focused on the technical and operational integration of the DG M&E Teachers’ Facial Recognition Application with key education management systems, including SAMAR, HRMIS, the School-Specific Budget Application, and SEMIS.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ghazi Khan Mahar (Data Analyst, M&E), Mr. Syed Farrukh Warsi (Deputy Director, HRMIS), Mr. Madan Lal (Deputy Director, HRMIS), Mr. Aamir Memon (Component 3 Lead, SELECT), and Mr. Aatif Junaid (SELECT). Representatives from ANet Cyber Security Solution Team and the Sapphir Team were also present. Participants discussed system interoperability, data security, and implementation strategies to ensure seamless integration and improved monitoring mechanisms.
