The Pakistan Federation Of Chemical, Energy, Mines & General Workers Union (PCEM) was founded on July 20th, 1996 with 20 trade unions representing the workers of different sectors which include Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Mines, Textile and Allied Industries. The federation is registered as a federation of national level and having it's head office at Karachi.

✊ نیپال کی موجودہ صورتحال

نیپال آج تاریخ کے ایک ایسے موڑ پر کھڑا ہے جہاں ہر فیصلہ مستقبل لکھ رہا ہے۔
ستم یہ ہوا کہ حکومت نے ستمبر 2025 میں عوامی آواز کو دبانے کے لیے Facebook، YouTube، WhatsApp اور X سمیت 26 سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فارمز پر پابندی عائد کر دی۔ یہ صرف پابندی نہیں تھی، یہ عوام کے خوابوں پر وار اور آزادیِ اظہار پر کھلا حملہ تھا۔

مگر ظلم کا ہر وار مزاحمت کی ایک نئی چنگاری جلا دیتا ہے۔
یہی پابندی وہ چنگاری بنی جس نے نوجوانوں اور مزدوروں میں بیداری کی آگ بھڑکا دی۔
نیپال کی نئی نسل "Gen Z"، مزدور اور طلبہ سڑکوں پر نکلے اور للکار کر کہا:
“یہ ملک کرپٹ سیاستدانوں کی جاگیر نہیں! یہ عوام کی محنت اور قربانیوں کا ملک ہے، اور اس پر صرف عوام کا حق ہے!”

حکومت نے طاقت کا سہارا لیا، گولیاں برسائیں، آنسو گیس پھینکی، اور لاٹھیاں چلائیں۔
لیکن یاد رکھو ✊ ظلم کے ہر وار نے عوام کے حوصلے کو مزید فولاد بنا دیا۔
ان اندوہناک واقعات میں کم از کم 19 نوجوان شہید ہو گئے، مگر ان کا خون آج تحریک کا پرچم بن چکا ہے۔

شدید عوامی دباؤ کے آگے بالآخر وزیراعظم کے پی شرما اولی کو استعفیٰ دینا پڑا اور حکومت کو پابندیاں واپس لینا پڑیں۔
لیکن یہ جدوجہد محض سوشل میڈیا کی بحالی پر ختم نہیں ہوئی — یہ بدعنوانی کے خاتمے، انصاف کی فراہمی اور عوامی اقتدار کی تحریک میں بدل چکی ہے۔

ہم پاکستان کے مزدور، کسان اور نوجوان اپنے نیپالی بھائیوں اور بہنوں سے یکجہتی کا اعلان کرتے ہیں۔
ان کا دکھ ہمارا دکھ ہے، ان کی لڑائی ہماری لڑائی ہے۔
یہ صرف نیپال کا معرکہ نہیں — یہ دنیا بھر کے مزدوروں اور عوام کی جدوجہد ہے۔

جب عوام اور مزدور اکٹھے ہو جائیں تو کوئی طاقت، کوئی بندوق اور کوئی ظلم ان کے راستے میں رکاوٹ نہیں بن سکتا۔

انقلاب زندہ باد!
مزدور یکجہتی زندہ باد!
نیپال کے عوام کی جدوجہد زندہ باد!
