آج بتاریخ 5 آگست 2025 کو پلاننگ، ڈولپمینٹ، مانیٹیرنگ اینڈ ایمپلیمینٹیشن سیل میں یوم آزادی (14 اگست) کی مناسبت سے ایک اہم اجلاس منعقد ہوا۔
اجلاس کی صدارت ریزیڈنٹ ڈائریکٹر جناب روشن علی کناسرو صاحب نے کی،
جس میں تمام افسران اور عملہ شریک ہوا۔
اجلاس میں یوم آزادی کی تقریبات کے حوالے سے درج ذیل فیصلے اور احکامات جاری کیے گئے:
1. 14 اگست کے موقع پر پورے دفتر کی مکمل تزئین و آرائش کی جائے۔
2. 14 اگست 2025 کو پرچم کشائی کی تقریب منعقد کی جائے گی۔
3. کیک کاٹنے کی تقریب بھی منعقد ہوگی۔
4. تمام عملہ جشن آزادی کی تقریب میں لازمی شرکت کرے گا۔

The Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation (PDM&I) Cell, Government of Sindh, was privileged to host a distinguished delegation comprising Mr. Naseer Memon, a leading consultant in climate change and disaster management, and Mr. Ehsan Leghari, Member of the Indus River System Authority (IRSA).

The visit began with a comprehensive tour of the recently ISO-certified PDM&I Head Office, led by Resident Director Mr. Roshan Ali Kanasro, accompanied by Directors Mr. Santosh Kumar (Admin) and Mr. Hakim Ali Rahoojo (Finance). The esteemed guests were briefed about the state-of-the-art facilities, advanced automation systems, and innovative approaches adopted for the construction of cultural complexes, libraries, museums, and administrative offices under the PDM&I Cell’s supervision.

Mr. Naseer Memon lauded the cell’s commitment to excellence, highlighting the international standards maintained in office design and automation. He emphasized that this model office could serve as an inspiration for other departments within the Sindh Government to modernize their infrastructure. Similarly, Mr. Ehsan Leghari commended the PDM&I Cell for its role in implementing sustainable and future-ready development strategies.

To mark the occasion, memento shields and souvenirs were presented to the honorable guests by Mr. Roshan Ali Kanasro. The visit concluded on a high note, with both guests providing invaluable suggestions to further enhance the cell’s initiatives, making it a beacon of progress for Sindh’s governance and development sectors.

The Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation (PDM&I) Cell of the Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, had the honor of hosting the Founder of Sindhi Computing and Lifetime Co-chairman of the Abdul Majid Bhurgri Institute of Language Engineering (AMBILE), Honourbale Abdul Majid Bhurgri on the date 04th December, 2024.

The esteemed guest was warmly welcomed by Resident Director Mr. Roshan Ali Kanasro, who facilitated his visit to the office and its newly established infrastructure. During the tour, Mr. Abdul Majid Bhurgri expressed keen interest in the office’s facilities and praised the dedicated efforts in establishing a state-of-the-art office infrastructure for cultural promotion and preservation.

The visit was accompanied by prominent officials, including Mr. Akhtiyar Ahmed Mangi (Executive Engineer), Mr. Hakim Ali Rahoojo (Director Finance), and Mr. Amar Fayaz Buriro (Director AMBILE).

Mr. Roshan Ali Kanasro briefed the honorable guest about the completed, ongoing, and forthcoming schemes of the Culture Department. These projects include the development of cultural complexes, libraries, and museums across various districts of Sindh. Mr. Bhurgri suggested incorporating cultural and heritage-inspired architectural designs into these facilities, emphasizing that such features would significantly enhance their aesthetic and cultural value.

This visit marked a significant moment of collaboration and inspiration for the ongoing development efforts by the Culture Department.

Accompanying him were key officials, including Mr. Akhtiyar Ali Mangi, Executive Engineer, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Mangi, Assistant Engineer, Mr. Muhammad Tanweer, Consultant, Mr. Amar Fayaz Buriro, Director Abdul Majid Bhurgri Institute of Language Engineering and Mr. Zain Dahraj, Architect. Renowned Social Activist Shabir Shar Commends PDM&I Cell for Excellence in Sindhi Language Advancement and Cultural Preservation | Official website of Planning, & Development Works Sindh 29/05/2024

On May 29, 2024, distinguished social activist, advocate, and author Mr. Shabir Shar visited the Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation (PDM&I) Cell. During his visit, he received an extensive briefing on the completed and ongoing projects of the Culture Department and the advancements in Sindhi Language Engineering from Mr. Roshan Ali Kanasro, Resident Director of PDM&I Cell, and Mr. Amar Fayaz Buriro, Director of the Abdul Majid Bhurgri Institute of Language Engineering.

Mr. Shar meticulously toured each section of the office, expressing his admiration for the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the PDM&I Cell team. Mr. Kanasro highlighted their adherence to international standards, which earned them the ISO 9001:2015 certification, reflecting the optimal and exemplary standards of their development and non-development schemes.

Impressed by the operational efficiency and meticulous record-keeping, Mr. Shar remarked, “I am truly delighted to see the official decorum and thorough documentation, not just in terms of paperwork but also in the overall working atmosphere and cleanliness of the entire office structure.”

Mr. Shar also visited the office of the Exploration & Excavation Branch and the Scientific Laboratory dedicated to the preservation of Sindh’s antiquities. He was accompanied by Mr. Akhtiyar Mangi, Executive Engineer; Mr. Santosh Kumar, Director Administration; and Mr. Zaheer Ahmed Shaikh, Deputy Director of the Exploration and Excavation Branch, who further briefed him on their respective areas of expertise.

In recognition of his visit, Mr. Kanasro presented Mr. Shar with souvenirs from the Sindh Archives, symbolizing the rich cultural heritage of the region. Mr. Shar’s visit underscores the significant strides made by the PDM&I Cell in promoting cultural preservation and advancing language engineering, setting a benchmark for excellence in public service.

Mr. Zaheer Ahmed Shaikh, Deputy Director E&E Branch, received the certificate, reflecting the branch’s commitment to excellence.

Sindh Archives
Sindh Archives serves as the custodian of our historical records, preserving the documented heritage of Sindh for future generations. This office ensures that valuable historical documents are systematically archived, restored, and made accessible to researchers, historians, and the public. Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for Sindh Archives is a testament to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of archival practices and accessibility. Mr. Hakim Ali Rahoojo, Director Culture Department, received the certificate in recognition of the archives’ outstanding service.
