Today, we welcome the decision of the Federal Constitutional Court regarding commercialization restrictions in Karachi, particularly in Sindh. While the rest of Pakistan was exempt, unnecessary restrictions on commercialization had been imposed here, which have now been lifted.

This decision will greatly benefit areas such as Clifton, Shahrah-e-Faisal, and many other parts of the city, allowing builders and developers to carry out their projects more effectively. For several years, despite paying commercialization fees, many builders in Clifton were unable to launch their projects.

We consider this decision a positive and encouraging step.

President Defclarea Johar Iqbal stated that Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the chiefs of all three armed forces, the Prime Minister, and the entire nation have shown India that the people of Pakistan stand united with their armed forces. He said that Pakistan gave India such unexpected setbacks that, in the past 76 years, India had never imagined facing this kind of response. He further added that Pakistan’s armed forces and leadership have isolated India on the global stage through their unity, strength, and strategic response.
