A delegation of the Pakistan Africa Economic Council (PAEC), led by the Council's Secretary General, Shaikh Rashid Alam, met with Bilal Azhar Kayani, the Honourable Minister of State for Finance, Revenue, Railways, and Head of the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit, at his office in the Ministry of Finance, Islamabad.

The meeting also included PAEC Vice Chairmen Riaz-ul-Hasan and Abdul Wahab Edhi, Abdul Wajid, President of PAEC’s Islamabad Region, as well as CEC member Dr. Ujala.

During their discussion, Shaikh Rashid Alam provided Bilal Azhar Kayani with a comprehensive overview of the Council’s goals, mission, and upcoming initiatives.

A delegation from the Pakistan-Africa Economic Council (PAEC), led by its Secretary-General, Shaikh Rashid Alam, met with the Federal Minister for Investment, Mr. Qaisar Ahmed Sheikh, at his office in Islamabad.
The PAEC delegation also included the Council's Vice Chairmen, Riaz-ul-Hassan and Abdul Wahab Edhi.
During the meeting, PAEC Secretary-General Shaikh Rashid Alam briefed the Federal Minister on investment in detail and on the aims and objectives of establishing the PAEC.
Following the briefing, Minister Qaisar Sheikh hailed the establishment of the PAEC as an extremely welcome development. He assured the delegation of full cooperation from the Prime Minister's Board of Investment (BOI).
The Honourable Minister urged the PAEC to prepare a long-term strategy under Pakistan’s "Look Africa" Initiative to promote mutual trade and investment between Pakistan and African countries. The goal is to rapidly elevate commercial ties to new heights through this platform.
