Action comittee Rufi Shopping Mall gulistan-e-jahor with the willingness of shops owners at Rufi Shopping Mall has decided to offer there shops located at Rufi Shopping Mall gulistan e jahor to the effected shop owners at Gul Plaza. Almost 1200 shops been completely burned at the fire incident occurred at busy saturday night were people of karachi and many families have lost there loved ones. We owners of shops at rufi shopping mall would like to offer each shop owner of gul plaza shopping mall a shop at our shopping mall without charging a single penny of Rent for next 2 years and without charging any kind of advances. Shops are ready to use.
Only issue is Ruf Shopping mall is not equipped with electricity if any person with contacts at K electric can allot a PMT to rufi shopping mall then we can help rebuild the business of Gul Plaza shop owners without leaving them to suffer more.

This is slip of Payment received by Builder in 2007. Electricity and documentation charges are paid when the mall is complete and you people can imagine from how long we are suffering. we have paid our money and only waiting for electricity. We have appealed to all govermental organisations even abad and there is not listening to this cause. We demand justice and electricity for our mall. Cheif justice pakistan should take notice and force builder to fullfill his promises made to the allottees.

The so-called “powerful” builder Manzoor Rufi sits across the table while desperate allottees of Rufi Shopping Mall — who paid for their shops a quarter of a century ago — are still forced to beg for the basic right to electricity and the mall’s opening.
