The Aims & Objectives, for which purpose the said Foundation is established are voluntary and mutually agreed upon/settled and unanimously decides/resolved includes; provision of modern medical healthcare facilities for the purpose of building up Strong, Healthy society. Helping the poor, downtrodden and underprivileged for their integrated development and, for the achievement of its objectives stated above, the Trust will work for:
1) COMMUNITY BASED REHABILITATION(CBR) FOR DISABLED PERSONS
We aim to support community of remote & underserved areas. We specialized with knowledge & skills so that they can live a happy, healthy & fulfilling life. Diagnosis among acquired, congenital and or hereditary:
o Post polio
o Cerebral palsy
o War injury
o Accidental injury
o Hereditary conditions etc.,
Provision for treatment of:
o Physiotherapy
exercises family based,
teaching relatives
center based
o Braces
o To provide the Appliances whether these are protective devices or aids to assist the patient in daily life
o Sponsored Schooling(education arrangement)
o Rehabilitation(health, education, mobility etc)
To provide scholarships, stipends, and aids to the eligible students to prosecute studies. o Training for family & community

2) SOCIAL REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES
To establish, promote, support, maintain the management & technical institutions, vocational & industrial training centers for technical education, vocational training & guidance so as to inculcate in them a high degree of employment & self reliance as follows:
Economical Interaction- to economic rehabilitation which allow a beneficiary to generate an income e.g. employment or self employment through support to vocational training, mediation with an employer or small loans for own business by providing:
o Vocational training
o Vocational placement
o Work related loan to set up business

3) COMMUNITY EYE PROGRAM-
“Blindness often can be prevented”
If any member of patient family suffers from impaired vision or eye related disorders i.e. Cataract, we will provide:
Free consultant & treatment of eye sight problems
Surgery of needy patients
Visual results of cataract surgery

Provision for free treatment & consultation of:
o Leishmaniasis patient,
o Scabies consultations,
o Eczema consultations, fungal consultations,
o bacterial infections,
o viral infection consultation,
o xerosis consultation,
o Patients with pruitis, psoriasis consultation,
o Acne vulgaris consultation,
o alopeca consultation,
o acne vigilo consultation
6) HEALTH EDUCATION ACTIVITIES
To organize talks, debates, seminars, workshops, conferences to analyze, evaluate and search out the root causes of the problems of the society and their solutions. To give awareness to general public regarding dangerous diseases e.g. eyes & T.B. & their causes in order to save the general public from these diseases. To establish, run, support and grant or other financial assistance to all types of clinics, dispensaries, libraries, reading rooms, & guidance centers, information’s centers for use of the students and the staff and also for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.
7) Re-storing of Living hood
SWO is always in the fore-front to provide immediate relief to the nation-To grant relief, rehabilitation and other possible assistance to the riot victims during natural calamities such as Famine, Earthquake, Flood, Fire, Pestilence, etc. , and to give donations and other assistance to institutions, establishments or persons engaged in such relief works.
8) To resolve all the problems/matter of Human rights
To protect Women rights i.e. Divorce, Custody, and Maltreatment with women etc. To give financial Assistance to Widows, their residence, education of their children and to provide daily necessities to them. To arrange accommodation, nourishment & medical facility for the Divorcee and her family members. To solve the Problems of Rural Areas of Pakistan, by providing them basic necessities of medical, clean drinking water etc, as well as to solve their family disputes, in which several precious lives have been wasted. To make all efforts to develop, save and maintain the all type of natural gifts to the humanity like greenery, water, and other environmental elements, and establishment of centers for upkeep and welfare of stray animals. To make efforts and provide awareness regarding social justice, human rights and social, economical & educational step up. To establish, maintain or grant aid to homes for the aged, orphanages or other establishment to extend monetary aid, relief and help to the poor needy, destitute people, disabled, orphans, widows and aged persons, and to establish and develop institution for the physically handicapped and disabled or mentally retarded persons and to provide them education, food, clothing or other help. To provide medical facility to needy people and funeral arrangements, as well as medical facility. SWO is always there to make efforts for such other works and areas which have not been enlisted in the above aims & objectives which are not forbidden by law and opposed to public interest and which are for the benefit of the public in general and down trodden and needy of the society in particular/s. In areas where the SWO has been successful in controlling cancer, it is committed to the prevention of blindness and T.B. free of cost. To help control cancer, we depend upon financial support from the community in the form of donations or Zakat. We appeal you to come to our aid and donate your Zakat to this noble cause and become our partners in this humanitarian effort. YOUR HELPING HAND
The support of our community has already borne fruit in 2011. Our team of technicians has helped to bring about a control of cancer in Pakistan - four years before the target year 1999. This achievement would not have been possible without generous donations from conscientious individuals and organizations like yours, who have helped us in our long journey from start to finish. The SWO still has a long way to go. Cancer control does not mean eradication. There are many patients that still needing disability services and even more are in danger of relapses. Thus, the year ahead carries new challenges for the SWO team. We hope that you will continue to help the SWO in its endeavors and join in the struggle against cancer with your generous contributions.
