Let's make things clear about Corona virus causing COVID-19.

80-90% people will have no or mild symptoms like fever, dry cough, flue like symptoms and tiredness. These 80-90% people will eventually recover and nothing needs to be done for them except for Paracetamol and rest.**

The people more at risk are immunocompromised like old age (>65 years), people who are immunosuppressive drugs for any underlying background conditions (Cancers, SLE, RA, IBD etc etc), people who have underlying lungs condition (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, fibrosis etc).

Now if you take the population curve of any country, many of the people who have underlying problems are just 10-15%. The rest all are healthy individuals.

80% of you who are reading this, if you catch this virus, won't be affected much except for cough, common cold or flue like symptoms. The only thing you need to do is ISOLATE ISOLATE ISOLATE yourself please for at least 7 days because you are more likely to pass this to as many people surrounding you, within 2 metres of distance, as you can. And among them there could be your old age parents/grandparents, or your cousins having cancer or your nephews/nieces having asthma, this is definitely going to affect them, probably fatally!

The most important message of this post is DON'T PANIC because most of us will catch it like a common cold and get rid of it with just Paracetamol and rest. The only thing we can do as our part is to stop spreading this to the people who are more vulnerable and at risk and save their lives at least.

**doctors please don't panic if you are made to work with/without PPE. If you catch it, the symptoms will definitely be very mild. But please don't work for at least 7 days if you have symptoms, because you'll spread it to 100 others and that could be fatal.

Asalāmu 'Alaikum Wa Rahmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh brothers and sisters.
On 19th July 2017 a group of 5 adventurous brothers/cousins will embark on a 10 day road trip across Europe to reach Pakistan InShāAllah . They will be aiming to reach the highest and lowest during the peak days of summer - all whilst raising money for the Aghosh Orphanage in Murree, Pakistan supported by UK Islamic Mission.
The mission of Aghosh orphanage is to groom the personality of the orphans of earthquake / flood affected areas and from entire country so as to ensure their religious, educational, moral and psychological grooming to prepare good Muslims for playing a leading role in society by providing them boarding, lodging and educational facilities.
Alhamdulillah, UK Islamic Mission has already successfully built their first Aghosh Orphanage in Attock, Pakistan which accommodates around 200 children, and have their second one (in Murree) under construction.
