📢 One-Day Seminar on Protection Against Harassment in Higher Education Institutions

The Office of the Ombudsperson Punjab joined hands with the University of Child Health Sciences to raise awareness on the HEC policy for protecting students and staff from harassment in higher education institutions.
Together for safer campuses.

Ms. Nabila Hakim Ali Khan, Ombudsperson Punjab, participates in a dialogue on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, organized by Women in Struggle for Empowerment (WISE) in collaboration with the National Women Journalists Forum. Speaking at the forum, she emphasized the pivotal role of the Ombudsperson’s office in promoting dignified workplaces and empowering women through effective implementation of the law.

The Office of the Ombudsperson Punjab hosted an Appreciation and Acknowledgement Ceremony to recognize the contributions of its team and collaborative partners. Distinguished guests from various organizations were invited, and shields and certificates were presented as tokens of gratitude and recognition.

An awareness and training session was organised for Punjab Police to build capacity regarding the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010. Punjab Police officials participated in a training session focused on workplace harassment laws, reinforcing their role in ensuring safe and respectful work environment.
