HONORARY CONSUL OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS LAHORE

Born in 1971 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus. Graduated from Belarusian State University, Faculty of Philosophy and Economics (1994), Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Faculty of State and Local Public Administration (2003), has a Ph.D. in Political Sciences from the Moldova State University (2005).

With boundless gratitude for the confidence placed in me by the Embassy of Republic of Belarus, and with an unswerving resolve to honor that trust, I aim to maintain the proud history of Belarus, while vigorously holding them to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity as Honorary Consul of Republic of Belarus (Lahore, Punjab).
As Honorary Consul, I am truly committed to cooperate among public as well as private sector to strengthen mutual efforts in the fields of commercial, economic, cultural, health, tourism, scientific and educational relations. There exist tremendous opportunities for Belarus and investors from Pakistan in each other’s country. My strategic framework as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in Lahore includes the enhancement of bilateral relations in trade, Hi-tech, economy, culture, education, public relations and science. I am working with key units of Punjab government in Lahore to initiate coordination and communication on economic and trade cooperation along with linking & connecting people of both countries, social, community, business contacts, such as lecturers/students exchange programs between our universities, schools, institutes, technical & vocational collaboration to leverage the expertise of advanced Belarus vocational expertise in industrial enhancement are also one of my prime areas of work supplemented with crossing all language barriers such as promotion/understanding of Belarusian language in Pakistan & vice versa.
In addition, assisting the Embassy on protection and promotion of rights and lawful interests of Belarusian nationals residing and/or staying in Pakistan in one of my key concerns while extending my efforts to carefully regard every legal aspect of their lives and activities during their stay in Pakistan. I shall make a substantial contribution to aspects of bilateral co-operation & interconnectedness between our communities. Moreover, the support of development of the international relations, the representation and perception of the interests of Belarus, and providing assistance and consular protection for Belarus citizens and institutions is of key importance.
As a Honorary Consul, I look forward to contribute to the traditionally friendly and multilateral relations between the two countries and their people.
