Here is the info of all the test centers for the students who are going to take ECAT in Main Campus. Memorize the name of your test center (bulding) according to your roll number slip. XNews Members will place various guidance points on July 17 to direct the new comers to their centers without any wastage of time.

Today in a meeting of All Deans and Chairperson, under the chairman ship of Vice Chancellor at UET Lahore, Official authorities have decided to Name one of the New Build Hostel on "Abdul Sattar Edhi".

We are a bunch of professionals, working in different high value businesses of Pakistan. We’ve been among those lucky ones, who are bestowed upon by the Almighty with all his blessings, in a very limited time and therefore we feel that there’s a greater responsibility on our shoulders to pay back, as a courtesy.

Our intent is to bridge the gap between our Industry & the Education Academia and that’s why we are creating a forum where we can directly interact with each other. The forum, TNL is meant to take us to The Next Level both technically & professionally.

We are here to make an impact by helping Pakistani Professionals, deliver world class performance by training, guiding & aligning them to top industrial standards.

APPOINTMENT OF UET VICE-CHANCELLOR
LAHORE (16th October, 2014) The Governor/ Chancellor has been pleased to assign the charge of the post of Vice-Chancellor, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore to Prof. Dr. Zubair Ahmad Khan, Department of Electrical Engineering, UET Lahore till the appointment of a regular Vice-Chancellor.
Prof. Dr. Zubair Ahmad Khan did his Ph.D in 1990 from UMIST, Manchester, UK specialization in Micro Processor based Instrumentation, Control and Protection also did his M.Sc in the same University in 1987 thesis titled Electrical and Power Transmission Installation/Installer. It is pertinent to mention here that he is the senior most and competent Professor of UET, Lahore. Now, he joined his duty as Vice-Chancellor today and the faculty members and TSA congratulated him. Speaking on the occasion he said that peace and discipline would be maintained.
