A productive meeting was held at the Special Education Department to strengthen data integration, visibility, and service delivery for special children.

The latest dashboard for special children was reviewed, appreciated by the Chief Minister, and will be integrated into the Chief Minister’s Dashboard with additional features for improved analytics, disease segregation, student history tracking, and removal of duplicate entries.

Key decisions included:
✅ Impact Documentation — before and after cases will be documented to highlight medical and intervention outcomes.
✅ Dashboard Enhancement — improved visualization, case-wise tracking, and data accuracy.
✅ Complaint & Priority Mechanism — parental complaints will be collected and prioritized by MS and health officials.
✅ Facility-Level Interventions — special kiosks/desks in DHQs and THQs to support children and parents.
✅ Feedback & Counseling — patient feedback calls and counseling services to ensure continuous quality care.
✅ Integration with Social Welfare Department — linking databases to issue Himmat Cards for special children.

In recognition of the collaborative efforts, Ms. Sania Ashique also presented appreciation certificates to Special Secretary Mr. Aon Abbas Bukhari, Mr. Khalid Shareef, Deputy Director HISDU and the entire team for their dedication and contributions.

She also requested SS Mr. Aon Abbas Bukhari to personally convey her appreciation to Secretary Health Nadia Saquib.
