OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT PROCESS
The overseas employment process, generally moves through these structured layers. These layers ensure legal compliance, worker protection, and employer satisfaction throughout the overseas recruitment cycle.
1. Demand Identification
(This is the legal foundation of the process)
> Foreign employer issues a Demand Letter
> Power of Attorney in favour of the OEP (Overseas Employment Promoter)
> Documents attested by Chamber of Commerce and relevant embassy
2. Job Approval & Registration
> Demand submitted to the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE)
> Verification and registration of demand
> Permission granted to recruit against that demand
3. Sourcing & Shortlisting
> Advertising the vacancy
> Collecting applications
> Screening, testing, interviews
> Final shortlisting as per employer criteria
4. Selection & Offer Confirmation
> Employer conducts interview (online or physical)
> Final selection list issued
> Offer letters or contracts (FSA) prepared
5. Medical & Documentation
> Medical examination from GAMCA-approved centers
> Passport validity check
> Police clearance certificate
> Academic and experience verification
> Skill test certificate
6. Visa Processing
> Work visa issued by host country
> Wakala or agency authorization if required
> Visa stamping on passport
7. Protector & Emigration Clearance
> Registration at Protector of Emigrant Office
> Insurance coverage
> OPF (Overseas Pakistani Foundation) registration.
> NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani) issuance.
> OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) issuance
8. Travel & Deployment
> Ticketing

I will strengthen direct relationships with foreign employers and facility operators, improve follow up discipline, and document every process so nothing depends only on memory or urgency. Each month must show progress in outreach, conversion, and credibility.
